Thanks to Marathon Petroleum Company LP team members Jennifer Tran, Jocossa Burson, John Hunt, David DiRe, and Henry Matthews (not pictured) for presenting Century Health with a $1,500 grant this past week! The discretionary grant was earned by this team by achieving finalist status in their MPC CORE Values competition. The group shared "We would like to present a $1,500 grant to Century Health because without the dedication, service, and commitment of organizations such as Century Health, we would never have been able to achieve Finalist status for this prestigious award." We are humbled by their generosity and greatly value this partnership. Thanks so much!

Open Access at Century Health
When emotional problems or addiction are causing serious problems in your life-- you need help now! You no longer need to worry about scheduling your first appointment, just come to our office during Open Access times.
We have made some important changes to how new clients begin services at Century Health’s South Campus. Receiving an intake is the first step for anyone who wishes to enter into services. Through “Open Access” we are offering set hours four days a week so that treatment can begin quickly. The intake process includes a clinical interview and a brief financial screen. While a referral for this first appointment is not necessary, a phone call to our agency before you come will allow us to explain the process and go over the items we will need you to bring.
So come in any time during these hours for your first appointment. The professional staff at Century Health is ready to help you begin healing!

Satisfaction surveys are just one way we try and assess our performance at Century Health. Surveys are provided periodically to those receiving services at the agency’s North and South campuses. Clients are asked to agree or disagree with statements about their treatment experience with our staff. Fifteen statements make up the survey and address these three themes: access to services and staff, the quality that the services and staff have had on facilitating their recovery and the extent that clients feel empowered by and participate in their recovery plan.
Summarized below is the agency’s satisfaction scores. The blue circle provides the overall average percent of agreement across all 15 statements. The remaining circles provide the percentage of agreement for the specific items that relate to Access, Quality, and Empowerment. The small boxes within each circles represents the change in score results from the previous survey
