Support and Advocacy Services

Century Health recognizes the importance of linking clients to area support services.  Routine referrals are made to the following organizations:

  • You're Not Alone:   meets Saturdays from 4:00-5:30pm at Harvest Time Ministries located at 237 George St., in Findlay. It is an open group and there is no need to register. The group can be found at or you can call Mark Stockard (419-306-8485), Becky Stockard (419-722-4506), or Pastor DeLaCruz Jr (419-306-3532) for additional information. 
  • For more specific and updated information, Hancock County residents should call 2-1-1 or the Hancock County Alcohol Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board at 419-424-1985.
